๐ THE INGREDIENTS
The Wet Base
๐ Bananas 2 ripe (soft and spotted)
๐ฅ Eggs 2 large
๐ฅ Milk 1 cup (250ml)
๐ฆ Vanilla flavoring 1 teaspoon
The Grains & Fruit
๐ฅฃ Oats 1 cup (Rolled or Quick)
๐ Apples 2 medium (peeled or unpeeled)
๐ Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
๐ง Salt 1 pinch
๐จโ๐ณ THE METHOD
1. The Mash & Mix (0โ10 Mins)
๐ฅ Preheat: Set your oven to 180ยฐC.
๐ Mash: Peel the Bananas into the Mixing bowl. Use the Fork to crush them into a smooth, thick paste.
๐ฅ Combine: Crack the Eggs into the bowl and whisk them into the banana paste with your Spoon.
๐ฅ Liquid: Pour in the Milk and Vanilla. Stir until the mixture is a consistent light yellow.
2. The Fold (10โ15 Mins)
๐ฅฃ Grains: Add the Oats, Salt, and Cinnamon. Stir until all the oats are submerged.
๐ช Chop: Dice the Apples into small, bite-sized cubes.
๐ Incorporate: Fold the apple cubes into the oat mixture until they are evenly distributed.
3. The Bake (15โ45 Mins)
๐ฅ Fill: Pour the batter into the Baking dish. Spread it flat with your spoon.
โฒ๏ธ Bake: Place in the center of the oven for 30 Minutes.
๐งค Check: Use Oven mitts to remove the dish when the oats look firm and the top is slightly golden. ๐ Turn the oven Off.
