๐ถ๏ธ CREAMY BUFFALO CHICKEN CHILI ๐

๐ 1 Slow cooker (Crockpot)
๐ฅ 1 Large stirring spoon
๐ด 2 Forks (for shredding meat)
๐ช 1 Large knife
๐น 1 Cutting board
๐ฅฃ 1 Medium bowl
๐งค 1 Oven mitt
๐ THE INGREDIENTS
๐ Chicken breasts & thighs 500 grams (boneless and skinless)
๐ง Onion 1 small (chopped small)
๐ถ๏ธ Green chilies 1 small can (mild)
๐ Fire-roasted tomatoes 1 large can
๐ถ๏ธ Buffalo wing sauce 1/2 cup (Halal certified)
๐ฟ Ranch seasoning 1 packet (or 2 tablespoons)
๐ถ๏ธ Chili powder & Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon each
๐ฟ Cumin 1 teaspoon
๐ Chicken broth 1 cup
๐ฅ Cream cheese 1 block (let it sit out to get soft)
๐ซ White beans 1 can (drained and rinsed)
๐ง Cheddar cheese 1 cup (shredded for the top)
๐ฑ Green onion 2 stalks (sliced for the top)
๐ Corn chips 1 bag (for serving)
๐จโ๐ณ THE METHOD
๐ช Use your Knife and Cutting board to chop the Onion into tiny pieces.
๐ Plug in your Slow cooker and turn the dial to High.
๐ Put the Chicken breasts & thighs, Onion, Green chilies, Fire-roasted tomatoes, Buffalo wing sauce, Ranch seasoning, Chili powder, Smoked paprika, Cumin, and Chicken broth into the pot.
๐ฅ Stir everything together one time.
โณ Put the lid on and let it cook for 2 Hours and 30 Minutes.
๐งค Use your Oven mitt to lift the lid. Use a big spoon to move the Chicken into a Medium bowl.
๐ด Use 2 Forks to pull the Chicken apart into small shreds.
๐ Put the shredded Chicken back into the Slow cooker.
๐ฅ Add the soft Cream cheese and the White beans to the pot.
๐ฅ Stir gently until the Cream cheese melts and the soup looks creamy.
โณ Put the lid back on and cook for 15 Minutes more.
๐ Turn the Slow cooker dial to Off and unplug it.
๐ฅฃ Scoop into bowls and sprinkle Cheddar cheese, Green onion, and Corn chips on top.

๐ Electrical Safety: Always make sure your hands are dry before plugging in or unplugging the Slow cooker.
๐งค Steam Burn: When you lift the lid, hot water drops and steam will fall. Lift the lid away from your body.
๐ Raw Meat: Wash your hands, the Knife, and the Cutting board with lots of soap immediately after touching the raw Chicken.
