๐ถ 1 Large insulated To-Go cup
๐ฅ 1 Long stirring spoon

๐ THE INGREDIENTS
๐ง Filtered Water 3 cups
๐ Unsweetened Apple Juice 1 cup (Halal-compliant natural glucose)
๐ง Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon (provides Sodium for gym sweat)
๐ฅฅ Coconut Water 1/2 cup (Potassium for muscle recovery)
๐ค Cinnamon Stick 1 whole piece (or 1/4 teaspoon ground)
๐ฏ Maple Syrup 1 teaspoon (Alkaline-leaning sweetener)
๐จโ๐ณ THE METHOD
๐ฅ Put 1 cup of the Filtered Water and the Cinnamon Stick into your Small pot.
๐ฅ Turn the stove to Medium and let the cinnamon simmer for 5 Minutes.
๐งค Use your Oven mitt to pour the warm Cinnamon Water into your Small bowl.
๐ง Add the Sea Salt and Maple Syrup to the warm bowl and stir until melted.
๐ถ Pour the Cinnamon mix into your Large To-Go cup.
๐ Add the Unsweetened Apple Juice and the Coconut Water to the cup.
๐ง Fill the rest of the cup with the remaining Filtered Water.
๐ฅ Use your Long stirring spoon to swirl everything together.
๐ง Add a few Ice cubes if you like your gym drinks extra cold.
๐ Check that the stove dial is in the Off position.
