  • ๐Ÿฅฃ 2 Small bowls

  • ๐Ÿ›น 1 Cutting board

  • ๐Ÿ”ช 1 Butter knife (round tip)

  • ๐Ÿฅข 4 Wooden skewers (for the "City Chicken")

  • ๐Ÿงค 1 Oven mitt


๐Ÿ›’ THE INGREDIENTS

Choose Your Meal!

  • ๐Ÿฅฉ Halal Beef cubes 500 grams (for "City Chicken")

  • ๐Ÿž Breadcrumbs 1 cup

  • ๐Ÿฅš Egg 1 large (beaten)

  • ๐ŸŒญ Halal Beef hot dogs 4 pieces

  • ๐Ÿž White bread 4 slices (flattened with a rolling pin)

  • ๐Ÿง€ Cheddar cheese 4 slices

  • ๐Ÿฅฉ Minute steak 2 thin slices (Beef)

  • ๐Ÿงˆ Butter 2 tablespoons

  • ๐Ÿฅฃ Mustard 1 tablespoon

  • ๐Ÿฅฉ Halal Beef bologna 4 round slices

  • ๐ŸŸข Canned peas 1 small can (drained)


๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ THE METHOD

Option A: "City Chicken" (Beef Skewers) ๐Ÿข

  1. ๐Ÿฅฉ Slide 4 Halal Beef cubes onto a Wooden skewer. Repeat until you have 4 sticks.

  2. ๐Ÿฅš Dip each stick into the Egg bowl, then roll it in the Breadcrumbs until it is covered like fried chicken.

  3. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Put the Frying pan on Medium heat with a little oil.

  4. ๐Ÿณ Cook the sticks for 10 Minutes, turning them until they are brown and crunchy on all sides.

Option B: Cheesy Hot Dog Roll-Ups ๐Ÿฅ

  1. ๐Ÿž Lay a slice of flattened White bread on the Cutting board.

  2. ๐Ÿง€ Place 1 slice of Cheddar cheese and 1 Halal Beef hot dog on top.

  3. ๐ŸŒ€ Roll the bread up tight. Put it in the Frying pan or toaster oven for 3 Minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted.

Option C: Minute Steak with Gold Butter ๐Ÿงˆ

  1. ๐Ÿฅฉ Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on the Minute steak.

  2. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Put the Frying pan on High heat. Cook the steak for 1 Minute on each side (it cooks very fast!).

  3. ๐Ÿฅฃ In a Small bowl, mix the Butter and Mustard with a spoon.

  4. ๐Ÿฅ„ Plop the mustard-butter on top of the hot steak and let it melt into a shiny gold sauce.

Option D: Bologna Snack Cups ๐Ÿฅฃ

  1. ๐Ÿณ Put a slice of Halal Beef bologna in the Frying pan on Medium heat.

  2. โณ Watch it closely! The heat will make the edges curl up until it looks like a small bowl or cup.

  3. ๐Ÿฅ„ Scoop 2 spoons of Canned peas and a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese into the middle of the "cup" while it is still in the pan.

  4. ๐Ÿ›‘ Cook for 1 Minute until the cheese melts, then slide it onto a plate.


๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ SAFETY FIRST

  • ๐Ÿฅข Sharp Sticks: Be very careful when sliding meat onto the Wooden skewers. Keep your fingers away from the pointy tip!

  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Fast Heat: Minute steaks cook very quickly. Stay standing at the stove so you don't forget to flip them.

  • ๐Ÿงค Pan Handle: When making "Bologna Cups," the pan stays hot. Always use your Oven mitt to hold the handle.
