๐ณ 1 Large frying pan
๐ฅฃ 2 Medium bowls
๐ฅ 1 Large stirring spoon
๐งช 1 Sieve (to drain the salmon)
๐น 1 Cutting board
๐ช 1 Butter knife
๐งค 1 Oven mitt
๐ THE INGREDIENTS

๐ Canned salmon 1 tall can (drained)
๐ฝ Cornmeal 1/2 cup (for the crunchy crust)
๐ฅ Eggs 4 large (whole)
๐ง Onion 1 small (chopped tiny)
๐ง Butter 2 tablespoons
๐ฅ Heavy cream 1/2 cup
๐ Curry powder 1 teaspoon (mild)
๐ฝ Creamed corn 1 can
๐ช Saltine crackers 10 pieces (crushed into crumbs)
๐ฅ Potato chips 1 handful (crushed)
๐จโ๐ณ THE METHOD
Option A: Golden Salmon Cakes ๐
๐งช Drain the Fish: Put the Canned salmon in the Sieve to get rid of the liquid.
๐ฅฃ Mix: In a Medium bowl, mix the Salmon, 1 Egg, and half the Onion.
๐ฅฉ Shape: Roll into 4 balls, then roll them in the Cornmeal until they look like yellow cookies.
๐ฅ Put the Frying pan on Medium heat with a little oil. Cook for 4 Minutes on each side until they are very crunchy.
Option B: Creamy Egg Curry ๐
๐ฅ Boil the Eggs: Put 4 Eggs in water and boil for 10 Minutes. Peel them and cut them in half.
๐ณ In the Frying pan, melt the Butter. Stir in the Curry powder and Heavy cream.
โณ Stir for 2 Minutes until it looks like a thick yellow sauce.
๐ฅ Lay the Boiled eggs into the sauce and spoon the cream over them. Serve on top of rice or toast.
Option C: The "Magic" Corn & Egg Skillet ๐ฝ
๐ฅซ Pour the Canned creamed corn into the Frying pan on Medium heat.
๐ฅ Crack 2 Eggs into a Medium bowl and whisk them with a fork.
๐ฅ When the corn is hot, pour the Eggs in. Stir quickly for 2 Minutes until the eggs are cooked and the corn is fluffy.
Option D: The Salty Potato Chip Scramble ๐ฅ
๐ฅ Crack 3 Eggs into a Medium bowl and whisk them.
๐ฅ Stir in the Crushed potato chips.
๐ฅ Put the Frying pan on Medium heat with a little Butter.
๐ณ Pour the eggs in and scramble them for 3 Minutes. The chips stay a little bit crunchy and add all the salt you need!
๐ก๏ธ SAFETY FIRST
๐ฅ Egg Shells: When cracking Eggs, tap them on a flat table, not the edge of the bowl. This keeps tiny shell pieces from falling into your food.
๐ Salmon Bones: Canned salmon sometimes has soft bones. You can mash them with a fork (they are safe to eat!) or pick them out with your fingers before mixing.
๐งค Hot Pan: The Frying pan handle will get hot very fast. Always wear your Oven mitt when you are stirring.
