๐Ÿ›’ THE INGREDIENTS

  • ๐ŸŸ Canned salmon 1 tall can (drained)

  • ๐ŸŒฝ Cornmeal 1/2 cup (for the crunchy crust)

  • ๐Ÿฅš Eggs 4 large (whole)

  • ๐Ÿง… Onion 1 small (chopped tiny)

  • ๐Ÿงˆ Butter 2 tablespoons

  • ๐Ÿฅ› Heavy cream 1/2 cup

  • ๐Ÿ› Curry powder 1 teaspoon (mild)

  • ๐ŸŒฝ Creamed corn 1 can

  • ๐Ÿช Saltine crackers 10 pieces (crushed into crumbs)

  • ๐Ÿฅ” Potato chips 1 handful (crushed)


๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ THE METHOD

Option A: Golden Salmon Cakes ๐ŸŸ

  1. ๐Ÿงช Drain the Fish: Put the Canned salmon in the Sieve to get rid of the liquid.

  2. ๐Ÿฅฃ Mix: In a Medium bowl, mix the Salmon, 1 Egg, and half the Onion.

  3. ๐Ÿฅฉ Shape: Roll into 4 balls, then roll them in the Cornmeal until they look like yellow cookies.

  4. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Put the Frying pan on Medium heat with a little oil. Cook for 4 Minutes on each side until they are very crunchy.

Option B: Creamy Egg Curry ๐Ÿ›

  1. ๐Ÿฅš Boil the Eggs: Put 4 Eggs in water and boil for 10 Minutes. Peel them and cut them in half.

  2. ๐Ÿณ In the Frying pan, melt the Butter. Stir in the Curry powder and Heavy cream.

  3. โณ Stir for 2 Minutes until it looks like a thick yellow sauce.

  4. ๐Ÿฅš Lay the Boiled eggs into the sauce and spoon the cream over them. Serve on top of rice or toast.

Option C: The "Magic" Corn & Egg Skillet ๐ŸŒฝ

  1. ๐Ÿฅซ Pour the Canned creamed corn into the Frying pan on Medium heat.

  2. ๐Ÿฅš Crack 2 Eggs into a Medium bowl and whisk them with a fork.

  3. ๐Ÿฅ„ When the corn is hot, pour the Eggs in. Stir quickly for 2 Minutes until the eggs are cooked and the corn is fluffy.

Option D: The Salty Potato Chip Scramble ๐Ÿฅ”

  1. ๐Ÿฅš Crack 3 Eggs into a Medium bowl and whisk them.

  2. ๐Ÿฅ” Stir in the Crushed potato chips.

  3. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Put the Frying pan on Medium heat with a little Butter.

  4. ๐Ÿณ Pour the eggs in and scramble them for 3 Minutes. The chips stay a little bit crunchy and add all the salt you need!

  • ๐Ÿฅš Egg Shells: When cracking Eggs, tap them on a flat table, not the edge of the bowl. This keeps tiny shell pieces from falling into your food.

  • ๐ŸŸ Salmon Bones: Canned salmon sometimes has soft bones. You can mash them with a fork (they are safe to eat!) or pick them out with your fingers before mixing.
