The Mocha Batter

1. The Prep & Blend (0โ€“10 Mins)

  1. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Preheat: Set your oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF).

  2. ๐Ÿบ Grease: Brush the Vegetable oil all over the bottom and sides of the Baking dish so the bake doesn't stick.

  3. ๐ŸŒ€ Combine: Add the Oat flour, Coffee, Cocoa powder, Peanut butter, Egg, and Milk into the Blender.

  4. ๐ŸŒช๏ธ Mix: Secure the lid and blend for 1 Minute until the batter is smooth and looks like thick chocolate paint.

2. The Assembly (10โ€“15 Mins)

  1. ๐Ÿฅง Pour: Transfer the chocolate batter into your greased Baking dish.

  2. ๐Ÿฅ„ Scrape: Use your Spoon to get every last bit of batter out of the blender jar.

  3. ๐Ÿช Top: Sprinkle the Dark chocolate chips evenly over the surface.

3. The Bake (15โ€“35 Mins)

  1. โฒ๏ธ Bake: Use Oven mitts to place the dish in the center of the oven. Bake for 20โ€“25 Minutes.

  2. ๐Ÿงค Check: The bake is done when the top feels firm and does not jiggle when moved.

  3. ๐Ÿ›‘ Cool: Turn the oven Off. Remove the dish and let it sit for 5 Minutes to set before diving in.
