🌀 Put the lid on the blender tight. Turn the power to High for 45 Seconds.
🛑 Turn the blender power to Off. Wait for the blades to stop spinning.
🥣 Pour the smooth, creamy blend into your Large glass.
🥤 Drink it within 15 Minutes of finishing your gym workout or for a fast breakfast.
🛡️ SAFETY FIRST
🌪️ Blender Blades: The blades are very sharp. Never put your fingers or a spoon inside the Blender while it is plugged in.
🥜 Allergy Check: If someone in your house has a peanut allergy, use Sunflower Seed Butter or Tahini as a safe, Halal alternative.
🍌 Slippery Peels: Banana peels are very slippery on the floor. Always put the peels in the Trash bin immediately after opening the fruit.
🛑 Check the Dials: Always make sure your blender is turned to the Off position when you are finished.
