π THE INGREDIENTS
The Seasoned Beef
π₯© Halal Steak 500g (Sirloin or Ribeye, 1-inch cubes)
π§ Salt & Black pepper 1 teaspoon (mixed)
π§ Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
πΊ Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons (Avocado or Grapeseed)
The Garlic Butter Glaze
π§ Butter 3 tablespoons
π§ Garlic cloves 4 (finely chopped)
π§ Shallots 2 small (finely chopped)
πΏ Fresh parsley 1 handful (chopped)
π¨βπ³ THE METHOD
1. The Prep (0β5 Mins)
π₯£ Season: In the Mixing bowl, toss the Steak cubes with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic powder until evenly coated.
π₯ Heat: Add Oil to the Frying pan over High heat. Wait 2 Minutes until the oil is shimmering and slightly smoking.
2. The High-Heat Sear (5β8 Mins)
π₯© Sear: Carefully place the steak in a single layer. Let it sit undisturbed for 2 Minutes to develop a dark brown crust.
π Finish Meat: Stir and cook for 1 Minute more. Move the steak onto a clean plate immediately.
3. The Butter Glaze (8β15 Mins)
π‘οΈ Cool Down: Turn the heat to Medium.
π§ Aromatics: Add Shallots to the pan juices. SautΓ© for 1 Minute until soft.
π§ Infuse: Add Butter and Chopped garlic. Stir for 1 Minute until the butter is foamy and smells fragrant.
π Toss: Return the Steak bites to the pan. Toss for 30 Seconds to coat in the garlic butter.
πΏ Finish: Top with Parsley and turn the stove Off.

π₯ High Heat: Never leave the stove unattended while searing; the oil can reach its flash point quickly.
π₯© Sizzle Zone: Use your Oven mitt when stirring. Steak cubes often "pop" and splatter hot oil when they hit the pan.
π§ Garlic Watch: If the chopped garlic turns dark brown, itβs burnt and bitter. If the pan is too hot, pull it off the burner for 30 seconds before adding the butter.
