The Hydration Base
🥒 Cucumber 1/2 medium (peeled or unpeeled)
💧 Water 2 cups (filtered, room temperature or cold)
The Zest & Healthy Fats
🍋 Lemon 1 whole (juiced)
🫒 Extra Virgin Olive oil 2 tablespoons
👨🍳 THE METHOD
1. The Prep (0–3 Mins)
🔪 Slice: On your Cutting board, cut the Cucumber into small rounds or chunks to help the blender blades catch them easily.
🍋 Juice: Squeeze the Lemon to extract all the juice. Remove any seeds that fall in.
2. The Blend (3–5 Mins)
🌀 Combine: Place the Cucumber slices, Lemon juice, Olive oil, and Water into the Blender jar.
🥘 Seal: Secure the lid tightly to prevent any green splashes.
⏲️ Liquefy: Blend on High for 1 Minute until the mixture is completely smooth and turns a vibrant, light green.
🥛 Serve: Pour the drink into your Large glass. Drink immediately while fresh for the best taste. 🛑 Ensure the blender is Off before cleaning.
