The Savory Base
🥣 Oats 1 cup
🥛 Yogurt 100g (plain)
🥚 Eggs 2 large
🧂 Salt 1 pinch
🌿 Provençal herbs 1 teaspoon (dried)
The Fresh Mix-ins
🧅 Onion 1/2 small (finely diced)
🌶️ Chili pepper 1/2 small (finely diced)
🍃 Fresh parsley 1 tablespoon (chopped)
🧀 Mozzarella 100g (shredded or chopped)
👨🍳 THE METHOD
1. The Prep & Preheat (0–10 Mins)
🔥 Preheat: Set your oven to 180°C.
🥣 Mix Base: In the Mixing bowl, combine the Oats, Yogurt, and Eggs. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
🧂 Season: Add the Salt and Provençal herbs to the bowl.
2. The Chop & Combine (10–15 Mins)
🔪 Dice: On your Cutting board, finely chop the Onion, Chili pepper, and Parsley.
🔄 Fold: Add the chopped vegetables and Mozzarella to the mixing bowl.
🥄 Stir: Mix everything thoroughly so the cheese and aromatics are evenly distributed.
3. The Bake (15–40 Mins)
🥘 Fill: Pour the mixture into the Baking dish and use your spoon to level the top.
⏲️ Bake: Place in the oven for 30 Minutes.
🧤 Finish: Use Oven mitts to remove the dish once the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden. 🛑 Turn the oven Off.

🌶️ Spicy Contact: The oils from Chili peppers stay on your skin. Wash your hands with dish soap immediately after chopping—never touch your eyes or face during prep!
🔪 The Claw Grip: When dicing the Onion, curl your fingertips inward like a "claw" to keep them away from the knife blade.
🔥 Melted Cheese: Hot Mozzarella sticks to skin and can cause severe burns. Let the dish rest for 5 Minutes before serving to allow the cheese to set and cool slightly.
