π₯ 1 Medium pot (for boiling noodles)
π³ 1 Medium frying pan (for the sauce)

π THE INGREDIENTS
The Noodles & Base
π Instant Ramen 1 packet (Carbonara style recommended)
π§ Water 3 cups (for boiling)
π§ Butter 2 tablespoons
π§ Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
The Flavor Punch
πΆοΈ Spicy seasoning packet 1 packet (from the noodles)
π§ Carbonara powder 1 packet (from the noodles)
π§ Pepper Jack cheese 1 slice (or 1/4 cup shredded)
The Garnish
βͺ Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
π± Green onion or Parsley 1 small handful (chopped)
π¨βπ³ THE METHOD
1. The Noodle Prep (0β4 Mins)
π₯ Boil: Fill the Medium pot with water and bring to a rolling boil over High heat.
π Cook: Add the Ramen noodles and boil for 3 Minutes (or until just al dente). Do not overcook!
2. The Garlic Butter Sauce (4β7 Mins)
π³ Melt: While the noodles boil, place your Frying pan over Medium heat and add the Butter.
π§ Infuse: Add the minced Garlic to the melted butter. Stir for 1 Minute until the garlic is fragrant and golden, but not brown.
π₯’ Transfer: Use Tongs to lift the noodles directly from the boiling water into the frying pan. Note: A little bit of the starchy pasta water hitching a ride is good for the sauce!
3. The Spicy Finish (7β10 Mins)
πΆοΈ Season: Pour the Spicy seasoning and Carbonara powder over the noodles.
π₯ Emulsify: Toss vigorously until the noodles are fully coated in a glossy, red sauce.
π§ Melt: Place the Pepper Jack cheese on top. Cover the pan for 1 Minute or wait until the residual heat makes the cheese bubbly and gooey.
πΏ Garnish: Sprinkle with Sesame seeds and fresh Greens. π Turn the stove Off.
π‘οΈ SAFETY FIRST
π¨ Steam Heat: When draining or lifting noodles, keep your face away from the rising steam. Steam can cause significant burns to the eyes and skin.
π³ Pan Stability: Instant ramen noodles can be slippery. Always hold the pan handle firmly (use a cloth if itβs metal) while tossing to prevent the pan from sliding off the burner.
πΆοΈ Capsaicin Caution: The liquid "Spicy seasoning" in many ramen brands is extremely concentrated. If you are sensitive to heat, start with half the packetβyou can always add more, but you can't take it out!
