🛠️ THE KIT

  • 🌪️ 1 Blender (for the watermelon and peach)

  • 🥣 1 Large pitcher or mixing bowl

  • 🥄 1 Long stirring spoon

  • 🍋 1 Hand juicer

  • 🍶 3 To-Go cups or glass bottles


🛒 THE INGREDIENTS

🍉 1. The Watermelon Wave

  • 🍉 Fresh Watermelon 2 cups (cubed and seeds removed)

  • 🥥 Coconut Water 1 cup (Halal-certified Potassium source)

  • 💧 Filtered Water 1 cup

  • 🍋 Lime Juice 1 tablespoon

  • 🧂 Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon

🍐 2. The Golden Pear & Ginger

  • 🍐 Unsweetened Pear Nectar 1 cup (Alkaline-forming)

  • 💧 Filtered Water 2 cups

  • 🍠 Fresh Ginger 1 teaspoon (grated)

  • 🧂 Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • 🍯 Maple Syrup 1 teaspoon (optional for energy)

🍑 3. The Peach-Basil Recovery

  • 🍑 Ripe Peaches 2 medium (pitted and sliced)

  • 🌿 Fresh Basil Leaves 4 leaves (torn into pieces)

  • 💧 Filtered Water 3 cups

  • 🍋 Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

  • 🧂 Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon


👨‍🍳 THE METHOD

For the Watermelon Wave:

  1. 🌪️ Put the Watermelon into the Blender and blend for 30 Seconds until it is a liquid juice.

  2. 🥣 Pour the juice into your To-Go cup.

  3. 🥥 Add the Coconut Water, Filtered Water, Lime Juice, and Sea Salt.

  4. 🥄 Stir for 10 Seconds and add ice.

For the Golden Pear & Ginger:

  1. 🥣 Pour the Pear Nectar and Filtered Water into your Large pitcher.

  2. 🍠 Add the grated Ginger, Sea Salt, and Maple Syrup.

  3. 🥄 Stir very well for 1 Minute to let the ginger flavor soak into the water.

  4. 🍶 Pour the mix into your To-Go cup.

For the Peach-Basil Recovery:

  1. 🌪️ Put the Peaches and 1 cup of Filtered Water into the Blender.

  2. 🌀 Blend for 20 Seconds until smooth (this creates a thick, silky texture).

  3. 🍶 Pour the peach mix into your To-Go cup and add the rest of the Filtered Water.

  4. 🌿 Add the torn Basil Leaves, Lemon Juice, and Sea Salt.

  5. 🥄 Stir and let it sit for 5 Minutes so the basil flavor comes out.


🛡️ SAFETY FIRST

  • 🌪️ Blender Blades: Never put your fingers inside the Blender while it is plugged in. Always wash the blade carefully with a long brush.

  • 🔪 Pitting Fruit: When cutting the Peach, be careful of the hard stone in the middle. Cut around it slowly on your Cutting board.

  • 🧂 Salt Balance: Do not skip the Sea Salt. Your body needs this specific salt to help the water enter your cells during a migraine or a workout.

  • 🛑 Check the Dials: Always make sure your blender or stove is turned to the Off position when you are finished.
