🛒 THE INGREDIENTS

  • 🥣 Chickpea Flour (Besan) 1.5 cups

  • 💧 Warm Water 1 cup

  • 🥒 Zucchini 1/2 cup (finely grated and squeezed dry in a towel)

  • 🧀 Nutritional Yeast 2 tablespoons (Halal certified)

  • 🧄 Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon (no added salt)

  • 🏺 Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

👨‍🍳 THE METHOD

  1. 🔥 Preheat: Turn your oven to 180°C.

  2. 🥑 Prep: Grease a mini-muffin tin with a tiny bit of olive oil or coconut oil.

  3. 🥣 Batter: In a bowl, whisk the Chickpea Flour, Nutritional Yeast, and Garlic Powder. Slowly pour in the Water until a smooth batter forms.

  4. 🥒 Integrate: Fold in the squeezed Zucchini and Olive Oil.

  5. 🥄 Fill: Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each hole about 3/4 full.
