🥣 Chickpea Flour (Besan) 1.5 cups

🥒 Zucchini 1/2 cup (finely grated and squeezed dry in a towel)
🧀 Nutritional Yeast 2 tablespoons (Halal certified)
🧄 Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon (no added salt)
🏺 Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 THE METHOD
🔥 Preheat: Turn your oven to 180°C.
🥑 Prep: Grease a mini-muffin tin with a tiny bit of olive oil or coconut oil.
🥣 Batter: In a bowl, whisk the Chickpea Flour, Nutritional Yeast, and Garlic Powder. Slowly pour in the Water until a smooth batter forms.
