๐ THE INGREDIENTS
๐ฅ Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup (Halal-certified; no added sugar or gelatin)
๐ฅฆ Frozen Broccoli or Sweet Potato Bites 3โ4 pieces (Store-bought or pre-made batch)
๐ Grapes 4โ5 pieces (Red or green)
๐พ Ground Flaxseed or Chia Seeds 1 teaspoon
๐บ Olive Oil Spray (optional for the air fryer)
๐จโ๐ณ THE METHOD
1. The "Crispy-Soft" Veggie Bites (0โ6 Mins)
๐ฌ๏ธ Air Fry: Place the frozen Broccoli or Sweet Potato Bites in the air fryer basket.
โฒ๏ธ Heat: Cook at 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) for 6 Minutes.
๐ Soft Check: The outside should be slightly firm for gripping, but the inside must remain soft and "mashable" for safe swallowing. Let them cool for 2 minutes before serving.
2. The Probiotic Base (0โ2 Mins)
๐ฅฃ Scoop: Place the Yogurt into the toddler bowl.
โจ Fortify: Stir in the Flaxseed or Chia Seeds.

3. The Vertical Grape Cut (2โ4 Mins)
